Kumo

'Kumo' is a Japanese word for 'cloud' and you may feel like you're floating on our Kumo - a low Japanese style bed without conventional corner legs, perfect for a minimal bedroom style.

We've shown it here with a headboard. To see how it looks without a headboard (the way most people order it), take a look at the Kyoto bed. The Kyoto is a higher version of the Kumo with space for Underbed Drawers.

The bed is dressed with a handwoven silk Duvet Cover which is made in Laos: view all our Indian silk and cotton duvet covers.

We sell Memory foam and Latex mattresses to complement our beds: select Mattresses here.

This Japanese bed is supplied with non-slip matting to keep your mattress in place.

Single: .90x1.90m (approx 3'"x6'3"); Threequarter (also called small double): 1.20x1.90m (approx 4'x6'3");
Double: 1.35x1.90m (approx 4'6"x6'3"); King: 1.50x2.00m (approx 5'x6'6"); Superking: 1.80x2.00m (approx 6'x6'6").
We can also make other sizes eg 1.35x2.00m, 1.40x2.00m, 1.60x2.00m.

Delivery Information

Our prices include delivery on the UK mainland.

Within the Sheffield area we deliver with our own vehicle, usually on a Saturday.

Outside the Sheffield area we use a carrier. When your order is ready we'll phone you to discuss delivery arrangements. Delivery will be on an agreed weekday between 8am and 6pm. In some cases it may be possible to deliver on a Saturday - there will be a charge of £25, paid separately.
